Amos Tamam: Acting his heart out
Amos Tamam is young Israeli actor who was born in 1977 in Tel Aviv. Ever since he attended his first play as a young boy, he has wanted to be an actor. After completing his education, he made an early entry into the burgeoning Isreaeli entertainment business. With his lean quick physique, ready smile and quick wit, Amos Tamam slowly but surely began his climb to stardom.
In 2004 he appeared in “Shir Shelanu, Ha” (Our Song) a series on Israeli television in which he played the part of Yariv Arid in various episodes.
In 2006 he appeard in another TV show “Shalos Ima’ot” (Three Mothers) as well as in Giborim Ktanim (Little Heroes) where be played the role of the police officer.
The most popular role played by Amos Tamam was in 2008 when he appeared in the hit series “Srugim” in which he played the important role of Amir.
Mr. Amos Tamam is part of a new wave of dyamic young Israeli actors and actresses who are now beginning to make their mark in the Israeli televison and movie industries. These actors include such young stars and starlets as Yoram Teledano, Alon Lysy, Daniel Davidov, Tracy Abramovich and Aliciya Levaya.
