What Benefit Will You Get From GPS?
Global Positioning System is a navigational aid, funded and controlled by the U.S.
Department of Defense. Since GPS systems utilize 24 satellites that orbit the earth
in a grid pattern, there are always six to eight satellites that are able to
communicate with any given position on earth at any given time. What this does is
give the average consumer the power to find any place on earth at any time day or
night. Just think of the benefits this provides for a wide variety of the public.
Some of the benefits we might receive from GPS are:
Fuel economy: If you want to maximize your fuel economy you’ll need a good
GPS system. Saving money at the pump as well as wear and tear on your vehicle
should be one of the main reasons why you would want a good GPS system in your
vehicle. Accurate driving directions not only will save you time in your daily
travels, but also will save you substantial gas money when travelling from place
to place. This is especially important for delivery and courier services.
Travel directions: Utilizing a GPS system will give you accurate directions
for travel. Weather you are travelling locally, across country, or globally, you will
get accurate direction and constant monitoring of your current position. I wouldn’t
think of taking another family vacation without a GPS system in my vehicle.
Recreation: Weather you are camping, or hiking, a hand held GPS unit will
benefit you. I can’t imagine going camping in the middle of the woods and not
being able to find my way out. The news is filled with daily reports of people
(or kids) that go hiking in the woods or the desert, and can’t find their way back
home or to their campsite. A GPS unit is the answer for these people.
Maritime: If you have ever watched one of the popular fishing shows on T.V.,
or are a fisherman or sailor yourself, then you know how a GPS unit will benefit you.
Getting lost at sea or on a large lake would not be fun. The other side of the coin
is the fisherman, say there is a great hotspot on any given lake in the world, that
specific spot can be saved in your GPS system and found again at any time. This
could be beneficial to the recreational or professional fisherman.
Tracking: If you run a courier business, rental business, or just plain delivery
service, and need to keep track of several vehicles, then GPS is what you need. Keeping
track of your vehicles will keep your overhead down. The other end of tracking is keeping
track of a family member or child, a GPS tracking system will aid in your efforts.
I have over 25 years of automotive repair experience. I know quite alot about everything that
has to do with your auto. I am ASE certified as well as GM certified. I am originally from
Wisconsin, born and raised, lived there for 38 years. I’ve spent many years in the summer-humid
/winter-icy/snowy climate and have dealt with not only repair conditions there but also how to
drive properly in those conditions. Fuel economy is probably the most important element to saving
money today, and how you drive or how your vehicle performs plays a big part in that. I now have
lived in Phoenix for the past 6 years, in the middle of the desert where it reaches up to 115
degrees on a summer day. I’ve seen it all as far as vehicle maintenance and care goes and can
help with any problem by email or by visiting my website at http://www.your-auto-repair-help.com/gps.html
The ABC’s of Home Schools
There is no doubt as to how technology revolutionized the way people live today. Many things that were unthinkable in the past are now parts of reality. One of the things that proved difficult in the days gone by is the system of homes schools. Before, studying at home was a luxury that only the elite, rich people can afford. Hiring private tutors were the only possible means of doing education at home. But now with a more standardized system of education coupled with the many possibilities afforded by technology, learning from homes schools is very possible indeed.
The most crucial and critical part when engaging in homes schools is the decision to study at home. For many people, home education is education may rather be the only option especially for those who have physical disabilities or security issues. However, the option of studying at home is now extended to most anyone. Nevertheless, the decision to gain education from homes schools is a very difficult one to make, something that is to be taken seriously. The advantages of learning from regular schools with regular classmates and teachers are quite obvious. Bur for some, such benefits have to be given up for certain reasons. Before delving into home education one should first carefully think if it is the appropriate thing for one’s situation. It is important to weigh all pros and cons of studying at home before making the final choice whether to pursue it or not.
Once the decision to engage in homes study, it is then important to prepare one’s self for this endeavor. First the home where the education will take place should be carefully arranged and organized in a way that would make it conducive for studying and learning. Afterwards it is important to make the proper arrangements with the school that would be providing the education system at home. Not all schools are open for home education and it is thus important to source out different educational institutions in one’s area.
When the arrangements with the school has been made, it is then important to identify with that school to keep the student’s mind focused. A home student should feel as close as possible as to how a regular student would feel in the campus. This can be done by obtaining materials that are associated with schools, such as ID cards, school colors and emblems and the like. It is then also important to set up a schedule that should be followed by the home student strictly. It is usually beneficial to set the schedule in accordance to the schedule of the partner school, this way the home student would be synchronized with his or her peers. The record keeping system should also be prepared as this is very important in observing the home student’s progress.
Part of the preparation for homes schools is learning and understanding the laws that govern this type of education. Each state have their own detailed information for homes schools and it is necessary to learn these details. It is also important to choose a good curriculum for the home student to follow. It is best to consult partner schools regarding the current curriculum trends in one’s area, to ensure that the home student learns enough at least to get by.
Home schooling is a unique educational experience. It can be difficult for many, but if prepared very well, it can be a valuable mode of learning which can be comparable to regular schooling.

Buy a new home with easy loan, 291861 euro in less than a week
And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 11 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 7 percentage. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 8 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 4 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.
It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.
Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin.
Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 10 percent. Different lenders charge different fees. See which lenders are charging fees 10 percent and for how much. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.
A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 5 percent. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 3 percent offered by competitors will change.
While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’

Be Successful with an Effective Business Image
In the past, when someone made the decision to go into business for themselves, there was seldom a question of whether they would succeed. Many business people had no business plans, had done no market research or even understood good management skills. They just opened their doors and grew. Today, the marketplace is much different. Competition is fierce. Businesses must compete daily in order to stand out from the crowd, to be unique and to achieve brand recognition for their products and loyalty from their customers. It is not enough to know your business; you must be perceived to be successful, to provide the best product or service, and to stand by your product. Not only must you know your business, you must have a business image that reflects this.
Many businesses get so caught up in the every day promoting and marketing of their products or services that they often neglect one very important item: a quality, consistent business image. Today, with so many businesses competing for the ever-shrinking consumer dollar, a professional image that stands out more than your competitor’s becomes even more essential. It is important to be recognized in a consistently positive manner.
Because you may only get one chance to create a positive first impression, you want it to be the very best one.
Where do you Start?
Working with a graphic design professional will ensure that you achieve a successful image. All of your marketing and corporate materials will be consistent and reflect your success.
Start with a Logo
Careful consideration must go into a logo design in order to achieve the look you want. The type of business (including a home based business), profession and product will guide you in various directions. It is important to share your business expectations and market focus with your designer so she or he can better design an effective logo.
Deciding on a designer is important–someone who can relate to your business and to your competition, and someone who takes the time to find out about your business. A good designer asks a lot of questions before beginning the design process and should give you several good designs to choose from.
Good designers will keep in mind the ever-increasing uses for your logo. It must be adaptable for use not only on cards and letterhead, but on signage and perhaps the Internet. Your logo must be able to grow with your company.
Remember, your logo is the image you present to the world - be sure it’s an impressive one.
Fonts, Ink Colors, and Paper Choices
Various fonts (typefaces) are also used to reflect your image. Simplicity and professionalism are the key.
The next consideration is your choice of ink colors and paper choices for producing your stationery packages. Take note of the correspondence that you receive daily in the mail. Corporate professionals tend to use conservative and strong colors of ink. Blue and dark gray are the most popular choices for this group. But with more women in the boardrooms and young entrepreneurs in the technological and computer fields, colors are changing–becoming brighter and more adventurous. Popular color trends are desert colors–rust, green and indigo, for example. Trends to recycled papers are the result of our environmental focus. Today, the recycling process is so advanced that most quality papers are recycled in varying percentages of recycled content. The speckled fiber look is not as popular as it once was; even many high-end papers have recycled content.
Business Cards
Business cards are often the first and last impression that you give a customer; so it is imperative that yours be the best it can be. A quality business card and logo reflects favorably on you. It shows that you have taken the time to properly market your products, and states, "We’re important." even before you say a word. It reflects the quality of work that you do. In other words, ordinary card, ordinary work; great card, great work. A quality card will give you the competitive edge, especially if your card and that of your competitors’ are in the hands of a customer trying to make a decision. Conclusion
Your image should reflect who you are. What image do you wish to project? And maintaining consistency with all your printed materials (logos, business cards, letterhead, invoices, brochures, advertisements and signage), as well as your web site design, will reinforce your credibility and professionalism, and enable you to build consumer confidence in your business.
With a great product, a successful business "persona" and a quality, consistent business package, your company and home based business is off to a positive start. Success is just around the corner.

Retirement Annuities Explained
RETIREMENT ANNUITY
Planning for your retirement can prove to be a very tiring task but making the right decisions before you hit the critical retirement age is no excuse for learning all the things that you need to know about securing this later stage of your life.
Life insurance, social security and even the more classic individual retirement account (IRA) will help you through your retirement age. Counselors from these departments are better equipped with procedures on assisting clients with questions regarding the odds related to your life’s most challenging part.
In addition, the individual retirement annuity may work well with you if you intend to use your savings for yourself while living with a partner. In either case, the amount you will get from the accrued earnings and contributions you get from this type of social retirement contribution provides you, your partner and your relatives in turn for a more secure future through continued financial stability through receiving fixed payments, yet economically sufficient.
The following section discusses retirement annuity and its benefits. This tool provides a valuable alternative for retirees who are planning on a more financially stable, secured and happy future and eliminate all the possibilities that tend to arise when caught empty-handed during old age.
What is Retirement Annuity?
Retirement Annuity works more like other insurance policies and individual retirement account (IRA). As you know, an individual retirement account (IRA) works like a life insurance where your beneficiaries will be provided a considerable amount of money in the event of contributor’s death.
However, in retirement annuity, your annual contributions (annuity) are meant to give you more financial protection throughout your retirement period. It secures you more of financial loss in cases of bankruptcy and financial loss through lifestyle or business venture.
How Does it Work?
In this scenario, you can pay a sum of money as your annual contribution (distribution phase) and reap them later during the accumulation phase. Your contribution is based on your ability to subsidize payment for a specific plan you have subscribed to upon enrollment and how long you have contributed for the said plan.
Types of Retirement Annuity
There are many types of retirement annuity plans to choose from and each tailor to each client’s ability to pay and their preference of payment during distribution upon reaching retirement age. They are immediate annuity, deferred annuity, variable annuity, and fixed annuity.
The above retirement annuity types suit individuals depending on their preference, ability to pay and their need for such benefits. Whatever retirement annuity plans you have enrolled to, it a good way to hold tax charges while keeping your savings for retirement intact.

Success: Working from the Outside In
A friend of mine recently told me that she’s not nearly the perky, positive-minded marketer she appears to be on her business blog. She said it like that was a bad thing.
I say, are you kidding me? That’s exactly how it should be! Your business blog should be just that: the place where you blog about your business. Thrusting yourself into the public eye means you’ve got an image to uphold. That means putting on a happy face to the professional world. That means sticking to the information that your audience wants to hear. That means sticking to business.
If there’s a disconnect between how you’re really feeling, and how you portray yourself to the business world, then you have what it takes to be a successful marketer. It means you’ve got the good sense to don your marketing mask and project confidence, capability and consistency, even when you may be facing your toughest challenges on the inside.
It goes without saying that businesspeople are human beings, not machines. When we turn off our computers and lock the office door behind us, we go home to reality. That means sometimes feeling the pressure of life. Financial pressure, relationship pressure… pressure to move ahead but failure to find a direction. All these things eat away at us at times, but the key is not to let that stuff seep into our work mindset and sabotage our efforts.
If you ever feel like a fraud because you’ve deceived people into thinking that everything is always A-OK and you’re a smashing success… stop thinking of it as deception and start thinking of it as a role that you need to play to move ahead in this world. Figure out who you are when you play this role out, and then never break character in the context of that role. Smart businesspeople do this without thinking about it.
Choose your friends carefully. While some people can serve as trusted confidantes, others will remain friendly colleagues and associates, and nothing more. Yes, there is a huge difference between being friendly, and being friends. Best to keep your doubt and hesitation to yourself and to people who you can lean on, than go broadcasting it in public places.
My friend who was feeling the normal pressure of life did the right thing. She needed to talk, so she turned to someone who really cares for her and isn’t interested in just using her for personal gain. On her business blog and in each of her professional endeavors, she remains a cool and savvy businessperson who sets goals for herself and carries them to completion and beyond. And I know that in doing this, she will eventually catch up on the inside to the place where she directs herself from the outside. And even though she may not see it at this time… that’s the ultimate secret of her success!

Success in your Pocket
M R Kopmeyer, in his book, ‘How you can get richer, quicker’ suggests us to write down our ideas in 3″ x 5″ cards and carry them in our pocket. Ideas in 3″ x 5″ cards are for re-reading and study.
Frank Bettger in his book, “How I raised Myself From Failure to Success in Selling” reveals his pocket reminder technique: “I made up a 3″ x 5″ card, a ‘pocket reminder’, for each one of my subjects, with a brief summary of the principles. The first week, I carried the card Enthusiasm in my pocket. At odd moments during the day, I read these principles.”
Edison had a sign on his laboratory wall which read- There is a better way to do it -Find it”
All successful people used to have pocket reminders and motivational slogans.

<22) Have inspirational slogans>
<23) Not words, Action>
<24) Make your rules>

Natural Sources for Skin and Health Care
I am always astonished by how many breakthroughs in biological understanding come from investigating natural or organic sources. Many natural and organic skin care products utilise the fact that some properties found in plants, trees and other natural organisms, are beneficial to the spontaneous operations of the skin. Oils derived from seeds, for example, are often high in Vitamin E, which is great for maintaining healthy skin. Other plants have, almost by chance it seems, been found to have healing properties that synthesised ingredients would still find difficult to emulate. Calendula flowers, sometimes confusingly called Marigold even though they are totally different to the garden plant, have been used since the American Civil War to aid the body healing wounds. To the delight, I’m sure, of wine enthusiasts everywhere, it has recently been discovered that a certain compound found in the skin of grapes and in red wine may offer up a drug to help battle pancreatic cancer cells. Resveratol is produced naturally in raspberries, blueberries, red grapes and peanuts, but it is found in greatest concentration in red grapes and in the wine that it is produced from them. The compound has been found, in lab experiments, to kill certain cancer cells, and in combination with chemotherapy it inhibited those cancer-cell proteins that operate by pushing the drugs out of the cancer cells. The compounds also interfered with the mitochondria of the cancer cells. Mitochondria are responsible for generating a supply of adenosine triphosphate (ATP),the compound which powers the cells. In the context of a cancer cell, any compound that can disrupt them is doing a good job. It is not yet certain whether drinking red wine causes the resveratol to operate in the same way. In the laboratory experiments high doses of resveratrol were used, around about 50 micrograms per millilitre. The concentration of resveratrol varies from wine to wine because some types of red grape skin contain more than others (also, in muscadine grapes high levels of resveratrol are concentrated in the seeds) , but levels have still be found as high as 30 micrograms per millilitre. Resveratrol is a naturally occurring compound that has evolved from plants needing to defend themselves against pathogens such as bacteria and funghi. In addition to the recent, exciting findings that show it can affect cancer cells, it has also been found to have anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-lowering qualities, all of which can lead to healthy cardiovascular performance. As another example of the amazing power contained within the natural world take witch hazel. Witch hazel distillate is found in some natural and organic skincare products, and is another plant that has anti-inflammatory properties.

The Cult of the Narcissist
The narcissist is the guru at the centre of a cult. Like other gurus, he demands complete obedience from his flock: his spouse, his offspring, other family members, friends, and colleagues. He feels entitled to adulation and special treatment by his followers. He punishes the wayward and the straying lambs. He enforces discipline, adherence to his teachings, and common goals. The less accomplished he is in reality - the more stringent his mastery and the more pervasive the brainwashing.
The - often involuntary - members of the narcissist’s mini-cult inhabit a twilight zone of his own construction. He imposes on them a shared psychosis, replete with persecutory delusions, “enemies”, mythical narratives, and apocalyptic scenarios if he is flouted.
The narcissist’s control is based on ambiguity, unpredictability, fuzziness, and ambient abuse. His ever-shifting whims exclusively define right versus wrong, desirable and unwanted, what is to be pursued and what to be avoided. He alone determines the rights and obligations of his disciples and alters them at will.
The narcissist is a micro-manager. He exerts control over the minutest details and behaviours. He punishes severely and abuses withholders of information and those who fail to conform to his wishes and goals.
The narcissist does not respect the boundaries and privacy of his reluctant adherents. He ignores their wishes and treats them as objects or instruments of gratification. He seeks to control both situations and people compulsively.
He strongly disapproves of others’ personal autonomy and independence. Even innocuous activities, such as meeting a friend or visiting one’s family require his permission. Gradually, he isolates his nearest and dearest until they are fully dependent on him emotionally, sexually, financially, and socially.
He acts in a patronising and condescending manner and criticises often. He alternates between emphasising the minutest faults (devalues) and exaggerating the talents, traits, and skills (idealises) of the members of his cult. He is wildly unrealistic in his expectations - which legitimises his subsequent abusive conduct.
The narcissist claims to be infallible, superior, talented, skilful, omnipotent, and omniscient. He often lies and confabulates to support these unfounded claims. Within his cult, he expects awe, admiration, adulation, and constant attention commensurate with his outlandish stories and assertions. He reinterprets reality to fit his fantasies.
His thinking is dogmatic, rigid, and doctrinaire. He does not countenance free thought, pluralism, or free speech and doesn’t brook criticism and disagreement. He demands - and often gets - complete trust and the relegation to his capable hands of all decision-making.
He forces the participants in his cult to be hostile to critics, the authorities, institutions, his personal enemies, or the media - if they try to uncover his actions and reveal the truth. He closely monitors and censors information from the outside, exposing his captive audience only to selective data and analyses.
The narcissist’s cult is “missionary” and “imperialistic”. He is always on the lookout for new recruits - his spouse’s friends, his daughter’s girlfriends, his neighbours, new colleagues at work. He immediately attempts to “convert” them to his “creed” - to convince them how wonderful and admirable he is. In other words, he tries to render them Sources of Narcissistic Supply.
Often, his behaviour on these “recruiting missions” is different to his conduct within the “cult”. In the first phases of wooing new admirers and proselytising to potential “conscripts” - the narcissist is attentive, compassionate, empathic, flexible, self-effacing, and helpful. At home, among the “veterans” he is tyrannical, demanding, wilful, opinionated, aggressive, and exploitative.
As the leader of his congregation, the narcissist feels entitled to special amenities and benefits not accorded the “rank and file”. He expects to be waited on hand and foot, to make free use of everyone’s money and dispose of their assets liberally, and to be cynically exempt from the rules that he himself established (if such violation is pleasurable or gainful).
In extreme cases, the narcissist feels above the law - any kind of law. This grandiose and haughty conviction leads to criminal acts, incestuous or polygamous relationships, and recurrent friction with the authorities.
Hence the narcissist’s panicky and sometimes violent reactions to “dropouts” from his cult. There’s a lot going on that the narcissist wants kept under wraps. Moreover, the narcissist stabilises his fluctuating sense of self-worth by deriving Narcissistic Supply from his victims. Abandonment threatens the narcissist’s precariously balanced personality.
Add to that the narcissist’s paranoid and schizoid tendencies, his lack of introspective self-awareness, and his stunted sense of humour (lack of self-deprecation) and the risks to the grudging members of his cult are clear.
The narcissist sees enemies and conspiracies everywhere. He often casts himself as the heroic victim (martyr) of dark and stupendous forces. In every deviation from his tenets he espies malevolent and ominous subversion. He, therefore, is bent on disempowering his devotees. By any and all means.
The narcissist is dangerous.

Is An International Prepaid Cell Phone A Good Idea?
Most International prepaid cell phones today are classified as a GSM or Global Service for Mobil cell phone that operates on the GSM 900 and GSM 1800 frequency. The phones themselves are not prepaid but a card called SIM, which is the “brain” of the international prepaid cell phone, and where minuets can be stored. Sims have a small computer chip inside that stores the cell phone number, settings, messages and other data necessary for the phone to function. With the right sim card an international prepaid cell phone can provide service coverage in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Pacific Rim, including Australia . To use, insert the sim card into the phone and your ready to go. When all of the credit is used up, all you need to do is call the service provider and receive more credit. Just as some countries drive on the other side of the road. Some countries use different TV systems (remember this when buying videos and DVDs internationally). And, unfortunately, most countries use different types of international prepaid cell phone service, too. However, more countries are slowly switching to the GSM system. Make sure you check this when your thinking of getting a international prepaid cell phone.
The SIM “chip” fits into a slot or tray where metal sensors make contact with the gold contact surface on the SIM card. Please note that certain SIM cards only work with GSM international prepaid cell phones that are compatible for use overseas, don’t forget to make sure you getting the right card to use with the international prepaid cell phone system, like the dual-band GSM phones for use in over 190 countries, and the tri-band versions with service in the United States and Canada. Equally important, Europe, Africa and Asia not only had the foresight to adopt the same international prepaid cell phone standard, but they also decided that their international cell phone networks would operate on the same frequencies (the 900mhz, initially and later the 1800mhz band). This explains why the same cell phone that works in London will work equally well in Johannesburg , Beijing and Sydney .
The bottom line: Most countries around the globe - more than 205 at last count - have adopted the GSM wireless technology and if you want to go travel outside of North America and want the convenience of carrying a cellular phone, then you’re going to need a GSM international prepaid cell phone.
